PS21 Official Website


PS21 is the change movement of the Singapore Public Service. It aims to build a Public Service that is ready for change and ready to change. It is a people-centred mass movement that encourages public officers to embrace change in their daily work in order to keep the Public Service at the leading edge. This in turn contributes towards the continued success of Singapore. PS21 Office is responsible for the movement. The TEC Secretariat is part of the PS21 Office.

The NUS Entrepreneurship Centre


The NUS Entrepreneurship Centre is a university-level centre of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is a unit of NUS Enterprise Cluster. International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore)


International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry spearheading Singapore’s efforts to develop its external economic wing. We were formerly known as the Singapore Trade Development Board.

Action Community for Entrepreneurship


Launched on 26 May 2003, the Action Community for Entrepreneurship is made up of a diverse group of people who want to contribute and realise the vision of a more entrepreneurial Singapore. The purpose of ACE is to:
- Serve as peer support group for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs;
- Drive implementation of initiatives, programmes, and projects to nurture entrepreneurship;
- Interface between the private sector and the government; and *Raise the profile of entrepreneurs and reach out to the public.

Mr Raymond Lim, Minister of State in charge of entrepreneurship, chairs the ACE, together with two Deputy Chairmen, Dr Loo Choon Yong of Raffles Medical Group Ltd and Mr Ong Peng Tsin of Encentuate Pte Ltd.
