We EVALUATE

All innovative ideas submitted to TEC will be assessed. If your idea is deemed promising, it will be forwarded to the relevant agencies for further development and an appropriate piloting agency will be identified. If the piloting agency sees the potential in your idea, it will work with you to develop a trial implementation plan to test the feasibility of your idea. Your refined proposal would then be submitted to the TEC Panel for their evaluation and decision on funding. If your idea is approved for funding, the trial test will commence. The TEC panel monitors and reviews the progress of approved projects on a monthly basis.

We NURTURE

EVERY PROMISING IDEA stands the opportunity to be nurtured by the TEC Unit and relevant agencies. Together we brainstorm to formulate suitable plans for the trials to be implemented.This co-operative and collaborative approach starts from the identification of a promising idea, and ensures that every idea is given an equal opportunity to succeed.
