Joint Healthcare IDA-MOH-TEC Call-for-Collaboration (CFC)
The Ministry of Health, the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and The Enterprise Challenge under the Prime Minister’s Office launched a joint Healthcare Call-for-Collaboration to seek infocomm (ICT) solutions to improve cost-efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery for the nation’s public and private healthcare institutions. This collaboration aims to exploit ICT maximally, as a key enabler in healthcare transformation and to promote innovation to change work processes and how care is delivered.

TEC Joint Signing Ceremony 2007
Four innovative projects funded under The Enterprise Challenge (TEC) was awarded grants totalling S$2 million. Deputy Secretary (Development), Public Service Division, (PMO), Mr Chan Heng Kee graced the ceremony and said that 'The TEC helps encourage and nurture ideas which can transform delivery of public service.'

The Enterprise Challenge (TEC) 
is an initiative driven by the Prime Minister's Office that provides funding for testing innovative ideas that have the potential to improve the delivery of public services.


The Enterprise Challenge charts a milestone in the 
Singapore Public Service's journey to excellence through 
Innovation and Enterprise. TEC heralds a new way of 
working in the Public Service by nurturing and harvesting 
radical and disruptive innovations for a better tomorrow.
